Scope of Work

  • Develop new markets, customers and products
  • Take responsibility for sales target of assigned markets/ customers.
  • Follow up closely with customers for inquiries, tenders, orders.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to deliver best results as customer’s expect.
  • Arrange for meeting with customers, review contracts, collect information to make report, prepare meeting minutes, …
  • Follow up with customers about payment, double check billing information, follow up AR (account receivable), check overdue AR.
  • Coordinate with sales team and work with oversea partners and suppliers to clarify, negotiate contract and follow up on shipment.
  • Administrative tasks: Prepare documents, collect and review documents, invoice, reports, handle customer inquiry.
  • Other tasks assigned by Sales team / Manager

Requirements

  • English is mandatory required, other languages is plus.
  • Engineering background is plus.
  • Experience of selling machinery, equipment, services for pump, valve, compressor and other industrial products is preferred.
  • Last year students or Fresh graduated from University or College are encouraged to apply.
  • Microsoft Office, Internet (email, searching) skills: good
  • Active, hard-working, willing to learn
  • Have teamwork and support spirit.
  • Good communication and can-do attitude.
