XPAD Company Limited is distributor of well-known brands in Engineering products & services.
Location: No.12, Str 5th, Khu Dan Cu Thanh Uy, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc Dist, HCMC.
Market segment: Specialized in supplying Spare Parts, Machines, Technical Service for large factory industry such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Technical Gas, Food & Beverage…
Business Partners: from overseas such as European, American, Singapore, South Korea, India….
Territory: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
Work Environment: young generation, flexible, open, energetic, proactive.
Working Language: English.

To carry out service and repairs on Compressor and other rotating equipment.
Carry out daily jobs given/instructed by Service Manager or Service Supervisor at normal working days and weekends, holidays and nighttime if required in urgent cases.
Keep cell phone ready 24/7 to receive phone calls if any service job required
Implement the scope of work in the “Service job”.
Follow operating and maintenance procedures, regulation.
Prepare spare parts before going to the customer’s jobsites.
Feedback any customer’s requirement of equipment maintenance and/or quotation for spare parts, maintenance contract … to the Supervisor/Service Manager.
Prepare service report.
Be always punctual at jobsite.
Always maintain the Company uniform whenever present at jobsite.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Always use prescribed protective equipment while at work such as: gloves, shoes, glasses, helmet (if required) …
Always observe and abide by the safety and security regulations of the Company and customer jobsite.
Show a professional attitude to customers: show empathy and apologizes; take solutions; show commitment and keep customer informed; meet the customer’s expectations….
Follow up closely with customers for inquiries, tenders, orders.
Coordinate with colleagues to deliver best results as customer’s expect.
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/ Manager

English is mandatory required, other languages is plus.
College of mechanical or electrical engineering, experiences is plus
Can troubleshoot and repair Compressors, Pump, Valve, Engines…; can understand electrical/mechanical diagrams are advantages.
Last year students or Fresh graduated from University or College are encouraged to apply.
Microsoft Office, Internet (email, searching) skills: good
Active, hard-working, willing to learn
